Assigned as Document Controller but also doing Materials and Procurement work to PetroRabigh Permanent Communications.
Reviewing Material Take Off list and verify against the purchase requisition to be approved by PMT before the final preparation of purchase orders.
Handling material stocking, coordination with the broker for incoming materials for OSP, ISP, and CCTV etc.
Receiving materials delivered and verify materials received against the approved purchase order.
Prepare Material Receiving Report to be submitted to PMT for verification and completeness of the materials under each system or approved Purchase Order.
Prepare Spare Parts and Data Packages to be submitted to PMT for their review before submission to PMT Standardization Engineer.
Identify all major materials per system to be submitted to PMT for their review before issuance of asset tag number.
Handling all incoming and outgoing documents from Contractors to PMT.
Handling and controlling all approved Issued for Construction drawings for all systems for the Petro Rabigh Permanent Communications.
Preparing Saudization Percentage as well as daily, weekly and monthly manpower reporting as requirement of PMT to PCC.
Preparing all Mechanical Completion dossier and all pertinent documents for RFISU and for partial or Final MCC.
In charge and coordinating housing accommodation for all GDTSA personnel that will be mobilizing to Rabigh.
In charge of all vehicles assigned to GDTSA site office.
Coordinating with travel agencies and main office for all administration works, travel and business trips (i.e. factory Acceptance Test)



January 2005 – November 2006: Khursaniyah Projects Department
Employed under Al-Hoty Establishments Manpower Contractor of ARAMCO

Assigned as Document Controller to KPD Communication Facilities.
In addition of being a Document Controller I was also assigned to perform material specialist job.

 Verify Purchase Requisition submitted by contractor against the approved MTO.
 Review of Spare Parts and Data packages submitted by the contractor before submission to Material Standardization.
 Review of LSTK / LSPB contractor material submittal for approval against Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards.
 Review of Material Receiving report submitted by LSTK / LSPB contractor against the approved Purchase Order.

Coordinator for e-review (Electronic review for Design drawings).
Handling of incoming and outgoing documents from contractors.
Tracking down the status of documents for action.
Handling all documents coming from Aramco and other contractors.
Assigned to coordinate for the E-review system during the design stage of Khursaniyah Project.
In Charge of all drawings for Permanent Communications; existing drawings or new drawings and coordinate with EDSD, and also have the access for the PLANTDOC system.


July 2003 – December 2004: Qatif & Abu Safah Projects Department
Employed under Al-Hoty Establishments Manpower Contractor of ARAMCO

Assigned as Assistant Engineer to Qatif & Abu Safah Communication Facilities Division.
Handling of incoming and outgoing documents from contractors.
Tracking down the status of documents for action.
Handling all drawings for 5 BI’s of Qatif and Abu Safah Projects Department.
Handling all documents coming from Aramco and other contractors.
Prepare Change Orders for IK and OOK.
Tracking all Partial Mechanical Completion Certification.









August 2001 – July 2003: Haradh Gas Plant Projects
Employed under Al-Hoty Establishments Manpower Contractor of ARAMCO

Assigned as Senior Secretary to Haradh Gas Plant Division.
Handling of incoming and outgoing documents from contractors.
Tracking down the status of documents for action.
In-charge of timekeeping for CTS and PMC employees.
In-charge of Inventory of Computers and Stationery.
Distribution of Documents as appropriate.
Sending/receiving of faxes both from Out-of-Kingdom and In-Kingdom.
Coordinating with other division and/or units for approval follow-ups.
Coordinating with contractors for additional office supplies or equipment
In charge of flight reservation for all PMT’s.
