More than 35 years of rich experience in strategic planning, product management, asset management and team management. Presently retired as Head of the Regional Training Institutes of ONGC. Candidate has successfully completed several projects with Turn around Plan for Drilling Rigs, Plants and Installations. Candidate earned laurels for completion of prolonged and dragging projects relating to Civil Housing, Water Injection Facilities, and Two Compressor Plants. Well conversant with the administrative activities, personnel management and team management. Vast experience in the formulation and development of strategic business plans and handling various HR processes (Manpower Planning, Training and Performance Management).  Played pivotal role in re-commissioning a Drilling rig perked without any Stacking Engineering at ONGC ERBC; Nazira.
 Accountable for executing errection and commissioning of four dry-docking sequences for floater Drill ship Sagar Prabhat at Hindustan Shipyard Limited. Vishakapatanam.
 Responsible for finalization of stability modification of the ship in collaboration of IIT. Chennai.
 Instrumental in revamping and re-organizing of the project with complete internal record for waste management and waste conversion (Waste Recycle Management) at Sibsagar.
 Significantly executed the Turn around Plan for Drilling Rigs, Plants and Installations in the Eastern Region. Congregated “Field Overall Concept” “Overhaul schedules by filling the Operational gaps” to eliminate Turn Around time.
 Successfully accomplished Disaster Management Plan and Environmental impact assessment for the SRBC Cauvery Project in association with Salim Ali University Pondicherry.
 Apprised about the new concept of Computer Interactive Training & introduced the same at the Institute for Executives, Dehradun.
 Completed six prolonged and dragging projects relating to Civil Housing, Water Injection Facilities, Two Compressor Plant [Galeky and Lakwa fields of Assam].

 Replacement of 20 wooden Bridges by steel bridges using rig waste and structures and tubular
Increase 1.Gas sales 2. Sale of Sour Gas for the first time 3. Commissioning of Two State of art Gas Gathering Stations in Cauvery Oil and Gas fields

Installed the ONGC Energy Centre [a new Work centre] including the formation of ONGC Energy Trust to carry out the research

2. Centre started on Hydrogen and fuel cell
3. Evaluated wind energy and direct solar heating solutions
4. Bio fuels- Diesel and Methanol from agro resources or wastes [Jatropha and similar seeds]
5. Soil remediation, restoration and conservation of oil field landmass through Energy forestry and grass propagation mixed medicinal forestry
6. Studied different fuel conversion of Agricultural wastes.
7. Established “Carbon Credit and Business cell” in Energy Center that is now full grown separate department of the company
8. Water conservation and Ground water Augmentation with wetland preservation and creation.
