Title: Supervisor Ship Structure / A’s & A’s Group. (Addition & Alteration)

A’s & A’s a key department of Pakistan Navy (ISO 9001: 2000 Certified), engaged in Modification of Naval Ship, Oil Tankers, Tugs, Missiles Crafts, Gun Boats, Floating Docks, Chaser, Mine Hunter, Diesel Barge, Fresh Water Barge and all fabrication work which could facilitate to fleet. In multi national (French, Swedish, British and Chinese) environment in various projects like DA-08 Radar system, LY – 60 Missile Launchers, DR 3000 Mast installation aboard, Command and Control system (C3) aboard installation, 30 MM Gun Installation aboard, ATAS system installation aboard, Harpon Missile launcher installation aboard, to name of few. With DML U.K drawings and performed duties as a Q/C inspector in this organization, and have a good knowledge about the documentation of ISO 9002.

Duties and Responsibilities
• To understated all drawing based on international standard
• Testing and inspection of pressure vessels in ships of Pakistan Navy using various testing and inspecting techniques
• Initial visual survey of hull
• Survey of hull by ultrasonic thickness gage
• Supervision of laying out, fabricating, installing, altering, repairing and replacing ship structures
• Good experience of supervision of technical work force.
• Participating high level meetings and briefings.
• Delivered Safety Lectures to the shop force.
• Performed duties of supervisor on repair command post for all departments (Structural, Mechanical and Electrical)

2. Pakistan Navy Dockyard
Planning Division February 1997 to 1999

Title: Planning Scheduler

The Planning Scheduler is responsible for the advanced scheduling of the repair work packages for availabilities for the accomplishment of ship work, based upon ship arrival and departure dates and manpower/equipment requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides planning schedules for regular availability and repair work packages for the accomplishment of ship work onboard ships and provides Production Department with basic scheduled manpower time and events by ships assigned to Dockyard.
• Schedules the milestone for advance planning of ships, which are scheduled for overhaul for ships assigned to Dockyard.
• Provides the schedules for material, drawing, technical information and job orders for the timely issue to the shops for repairs, alteration and updates to equipments
• Maintains long range availability schedules.
• Attends work package conference.

Reschedules job as needed, developing, a standard schedule for work that is repeated.

3. Pakistan Navy Dockyard
Fabrication Shop from Jan. 1995 to 1997

Title: Ship Mechanic / Fabricator
