To whom it may concern:
I am a highly self motivated individual who prides himself on his work ethic. I have been working in the Western Canadian oilfield for the past 6 years. 3 years as a righand with Precision Drilling and 3+ years as a Field Service Representative for Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids and Halliburton/Baroid Fluid Systems, in which time I have been involved in numerous successful drilling operations while working for oil companies such as Conoco Phillips Canada, Husky Energy Ltd., Talisman Energy Inc., Hunt Oil, and Apache Canada Ltd. I have also spent time in our lab developing and pilot testing various mud systems to be used in the field. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and spend as much time as possible working out in the field fine tuning my habits while learning and adopting new practices to meet the demands of the ever changing oilfield. I feel the skills I have acquired over the past 6 years suit me for employment with your company and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future. I do not yet have a work permit to work in your country but I will get one as soon as I can if my services are needed.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
I have been working in the Western Canadian Oilfield for the past 7 years. 3 years as a Righand with Precision Drilling and 4 years as a Drilling Fluids Engineer. I have worked on all types of land rigs in Canada. I have also worked on various depth wells ranging from 800 meters to 5300 meters. I do not have any offshore experience but I am an extremely fast learner and I believe that I am suited for that type of work.

I graduated from Mount Pearl Senior High School in 2000 with academic status. I also graduated from the Baker Hughes Drilling Fluids Technology course in Houston, Texas in 2005. I have 7 years of oilfield experience and I fell that I am fully qualified to work anywhere in the world.

Computers are actually one of my main hobbies. I am very efficiente when using computer. I already have most programs mastered and I am quick to learn and master anything new I can get my hands on.

I am an excellent problem solver. I can think very effectively on my feet. I have great people skills as I have spent the last 4 years dealing with oil company consultants and drilling foreman on a daily basis.
