Supervisor- Responsible for inspecting new construction houses after sub-contract crews installed equipment, making sure that the equipment installed was to city, county and state codes. If the equipment was not installed to code, I would reinstall, repair or replace the missing equipment according to the plans of the home or the satisfaction of the builders. I would ensure that there were no errors when Code Inspectors would walk the houses for preliminary and final inspections. I maintained daily contact with the builders, the contract crews, the trim crews, Reliant HVAC employees and the Inspectors.
