I started my career as Executive Sales in Max New York life from May 2005, my consistent performance and leadership towards the team goal and organization goal help me to grown up in the organization as Deputy Manager Sales in February 2007.

My responsibilities – handling a team train them in entire Sales process, sales scripts, products and skill development. I motivate, drive them to achieve the team target given by the organization.

Drive team to achieve targets I help them provide leads from different sides like Banks, organizing survey and outlet promotion activities,etc.,

1. Recognized as Case Rate Major & Premium Major in Q3 for achieving 21 paid cases and 2.05lakhs of collected premium from sr.vice president
2. Recognized as Case Rate Colonel & Premium Colonel in Q4 for achieving 36 paid cases and 5.12lakhs of collected premium from Executive Director
3. For the year 2006 I was awarded Case Rate Brigadier from Executive Director in Annual Award Celebration.

I completed the year 2006 with 13 lakhs Annual collected premiums help me grown up as Deputy sales manager.

4. Year 2007 as a DSM, I completed the year with 120% of team total Annual
target.

5. I as a DSM totally had 2 promotions in my team in 2007.
