NATURE OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Conduct the quality control inspection of Jackets,Decks,Pipeline and pressure Vessels in
accordance with applicable codes and clients specifications.
• Preparing computerised joints input with NDT requirements accordance with applicable codes
and clients specifications.
• Inspection of material at project Material receiving stores to confirm that the materials received
As per applicable codes and clients specifications.
• patrol check on proper storage, backing and handling of the electrodes as per applicable
Specifications and procedure.
Verification of Material traceably records and ensure that only acceptable materials are used.
• Visual Inspection (Before, During and after welding) .
• Preparation of NDT & PWHT requests and ensures that NDT & PWHT are carried as per applicable codes and specification requirements.
• Dimensional Control of the fabricated items/spools. Preparation of Pre-Release inspection reports.
• Raw material Test reports review and maintaining the records.
• Conducting the PQRs for pipe line ,structural, piping and pressure vessels
• Preparing of Final Inspection dossier
• Conducting the welder performing qualification test
• Witness the PWHT cycles, Hardness , PMI Tests and hydro test
