| 2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory] |
At the beginning R&D on chip machining processes with NC machine tools. In particular, I have studied an optimization process with the purpose to decrease production times and increase tools life in grinding and milling processes on camshaft, crankshaft, gearbox, and other mechanical components used for Formula one car 248F1 (season 2006).
From November 2006, in Mechanical Technology and Production Management Racing Division, my activities focused on Manufacturing Engineering and CAD/CAM Design of mechanical components for racing use on Formula one World Champion 2007 car (in particular 056k engine oil pump group, friction shaft connection). From October 2007 I have been given the task to manage the industrialization of great part of the gearbox transmission for F2008 formula one car (front cover gearbox, all gears ratio, principal second and third shaft of gearbox, friction connection shaft, crown wheel and pinion) and in addition to role of Manufacturing Engineering and CAD/CAM Design have been assigned the task of Planning Process Coordinator for the gearbox gears.
