General Introduction:
• Senior Manager with 35 years in the industry, experienced in supporting and working with other team members and in undertaking the lead role at Company level or Large Projects Director level.
The lead roles have been with Multi national Companies and Major Large Projects that have personnel coming from and with varying cultures, background, different ethnic groups and nationalities. Well versed in Responsible Decision making at senior management level.

Responsible for financial and operational performance of Company and Large Projects, proven track record showing a very high level of personal commitment on performance, cost, budget, schedule, progress and actively promoting safe working practices. Emphasis to ensure Safety Rep. and Team members are aware and are diligent and identify, report and take mitigation actions where potential hazards and dangerous or environmental impacts situations may occur, implement Near Miss reports as well as incident reporting and Lost Time man hour tracking. Promote company safety practices policy. Flexible and capable at adapting to new environments, company needs, processes and work priorities.

Focus attention on Major issues, undertake detailed Risk Reviews and recommend Bid / No Bid options for new works, selection of Awards of Contracts, advice on Major Exceptions and deviations, resolve issues and interface with appropriate cross functional team members such as Project Controls, Planning, Construction, Project Management, Contracting, Procurement, Legal, develop targets with team, set goals, Strategies and budgets.

• Focus on furthering relationships with clients and key players, utilizing Company performance, and active operations performance in developing good future relations, develop opportunities and find ways to support client or main Contractors and ensure responses on specific needs / concerns are dealt with in a timely manner. Create a situation that will allow parties to feel satisfaction and generate confidence in our approach. Develop strategic goals, promotes business expansion and growth and foster sustained relationships with key personnel internal and external.
