1. Balancing guest payment and charges for the current day with the closing balance for the previous day.
2. Performs the duties of a Front Office Officer during the night shift. To handle check in, check out and cashier functions.
3. Accounting duties include posting room charges and tax to guest account. Posting auxiliary charges such as telephone, restaurant, in-room movies, laundry service and so forth.
4. Performs bookkeeping duties for other departments, as required.
5. Reviews the credit status of each guest and checks accounts that exceed the authorized limit. Such as Credit & Debit Card Master, Amex, Visa and Diners.
6. Preparing lists of accounts to be paid daily on a cash-only basis, calculating credit sales for billing and reviewing room status for the following day’s work.
7. Conduct Night Briefing for Night Shift, before handling from others shift.(11.00 pm to 08.00 am) Directly Report to General Manager if any problems during Night operations.
