I am looking for a job as a Maintenance Superintendent/Chief Engineer for FPSO.
I am ready to take any starting position for good familiarization and hand over.

I am a Chief Engineer working on board of the VLCC Tankers transporting different types of Crude Oils.
Since 2006 to 2007 I was working as an Engineer Superintendent for VROON B.V in Site team on Hyundai Mipo Dock ship building yard, performing my duties to build quality Oil Tankers according to Class, HMD and Owner Standards.
I have more than 12 years of sea experience started as a Cadet and last 8 years as an Engineer and a Senior Engineer Officer, working on the Product, Oil and Chemical Tankers from different builders what gave me sufficient knowledges, experience and strong understanding about process of pumping of oil and other liquids, safety rules and equipment (Inert Gas Units, Hight Pressure Submerged Pumps, Steam Turbines) which is used to transfer oil from the tanks of the ship to the port facilities.
Working on boards of the New building Ships I got very good experience in Automation Systems like Kongsberg,Lingso Marine,Delomatic,Autronica,assessment of technical condition of Combustion Engines, Auxiliary Machineries, Steam turbines for Cargo Pumps and FRAMO Systems.

During these years I contacted with people of different nationalities (Norwegians, Canadians, Scotsmen,
Englishmen, Portuguese, Koreans, Russians, Filipino and etc) what helped me to have a good communications and friendly mood around.

My motivation: Combination of Sea, Newbuilding experiences and my Engineering Background, strong desire to educate and develop myself gives me good opportunity to work as a Chief Engineer and part of the team.

Ships VLCC 315.000 DWT, Chemical/Oil Tankers 37.000 DWT
Responsibility - Control of the budget of the ship
- Control and management for maintenance of the ship
- Supervision for economical operation of the vessel’s machinery
- Control for Fuel Oil consumption
- Supervising for Cargo Oil System with Submerged Pumps
- Steam Turbines
- Making inspection of all equipment of the ship, correcting unsafe practice
- Preparing machinery for impending surveys
- Training of all Junior Engineering Officers
- Reporting/Providing link between Company’s high level management and ship

2006-2007 Shore Experience. Ship Building

Position Machinery Superintendent
Responsibility - Supervision for the Main Engines, Auxiliary Engines, Boilers, Pumps, Tail Shafts
installation (NDT tests of the shafts are included);
- Shop Tests for Main Engines, Auxiliary Engines, Pumps.
- Sea Trials: carrying out tests like Crash tests of the Main Engines, Black out
of the ships, Safety systems for Engines and ship’s equipment.
- Function tests for Cargo Systems (Submerged Pumps);
-Supervision of complete manufacturing: pipe lines like Cargo, Fuel Oil,
High Pressure Lines
- Carrying out of assessment of quality of welding seams both on the
basis of NDT (non-destructive tests) and during hydraulic testing of
the pipe lines;
- Supervision of building process of the vessels from the starting with steel cutting
to the ending with delivery of the vessels following with Classification Society
rules, Ship Yard Standards and Owner requirements;

2005-2006

- Sea Trials: supervision for Crash Tests of the Main Engines, Black out tests, Load Tests
for Main Engines, assessment of Performance of the Engines;
- Sailing as a Second Engineer after delivery of the Ships.
