I am a 26 year-old Instrument Technician with 5 years experience and Multi-Skilled background. Multi-Skilled Shift Engineering Technician Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals LTD
October 2005 – April 2008
Up until April 2008 I worked as the sole shift Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and liaising with a production team, involved in all aspects of operation and maintenance of plant equipment associated with pharmaceutical production working to FDA Standard and in accordance with company cGMP procedures and all relevant SOP’s and guidelines.
Duties included performing a whole range of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks combining all items of instrument, electrical and mechanical process equipment such as calibrations and loop checks, motor inspections, lighting examinations and circuit tests. Pump services and repairs, seal replacements, and making prompt, effective repairs and fault diagnosis in line with production demands. Knowledge of plant DCS & ESD systems and identifying faults using relay logic and software code. Also monitoring and servicing all utility equipment and carrying out regulatory and statutory fire and gas detection system checks as well as completion and processing of associated item documentation. Complying with Permit To Work systems and Health & Safety policies and procedures, responsible for the safe and continuous running of the plant out of normal working hours.

A responsible member of an Instrument Maintenance Team covering all aspects and operations of Instrumentation equipment within a fine chemical based production facility, used in the making of plastic, agricultural, and hygiene products.
