Operations Manager, Loomis Fargo Inc. 1995-1996. Reporting to Regional Vice President, provided staff support to field offices. Managed operations, troubleshooting for branches in North Carolina post-merger with Fargo. Identified solutions for customer issues. Implemented operational improvements and restored customer confidence.
Early Career: Branch Manager, Loomis Armored, Inc. Led Houston operations and sales, managing $25M budget and 125 staff. Eliminated employee theft. District Manager/Operations Manager, Airborne Freight Corporation. Directed multiple sites, managing AL/FL operations including sales, employee and contractor management.

1973-1977 US Army, commissioned officer, served as platoon leader, and company executive officer. Was stationed in West Germany from 2/1974 until 5/1977
Upon exit from army worked as district manager, and district operations manager for Airborne Freight Corp in Atlanta, GA and Mobile, Alabama. Worked for Airborne from 1977 until 1991. In 1991 I was hired by Loomis Armored and moved to Houston, TX as branch manager in Houston. Left Loomis Armored in 1994. From 1994 until 1997 I worked various management jobs all in transportation including dispatch management, regional operations manager, and station operations manager. In 1997 I joined Texas Freight Services, Inc. in Houston working as general manager from 1997 until 2007 when my job was eliminated by a reorganization. Since that time I have been employeed mostly in entry level sales positions.
