Generate the material list required as per modification. Updating of isometrics in Micro station as per design changes in suit at site as well as update masters P&ID’s. There are additional re-instatement punches generated by testing team and IMT (Integrated Management Team, a core team of officials from BASF and YPEC). We also supervised, re-verified and also attended minor punches generated by them.

 Piping Study layout with reference of Plot-Plan, Process P&ID, Utility P&ID, Line-List, Civil Drawing, Piping Specification, Equipment Data sheet, Instrument specification, etc. to identify location for equipments and associated infrastructure for routing the piping to satisfy client specifications for operational, maintenance & safety requirement and considering the possibility of piping supports.
 Design Equipment layout, Equipment arrangement & Elevation, Nozzle orientation, Platform Elevation, ladder & staircase arrangement, hand railing, lifting lugs, Tray arrangement, Manhole accessibility, instrument visualization and their operational, maintenance & safety requirement.
