I'm petroleum engineer with 7 years of experience in different oil production aspects, carrying out programs for rigless operation and supervise 170 oil producers' wells, 10 disposal, 4 clusters of water injector's wells (20 wells), 3 dump flood wells, 11 water source wells, and design over 300 ESP wells.
Also I do the following duties:-
• Supervise different field operation for oil production.
• Prepare programs for acid backwash, mechanical backwash, well testing (nitrogen lifting, injectivity test, new wells, work over,..), stimulation (acid jobs, frac jobs,..), perforation (under balance, over balance, balanced) TCP or inner jet
• Test results interpretation (multirate production, injection)
• Wire line operation , Amerada charts down hole memory gauges and interpretation, also SSD opening, CV, dumy runs, impression blocks,….
• Plt(interpretation)
• Production logging and log interpretation and test result evaluation
• Monitor oil and gas producing performance water injection diagnosis problem, solving, recommends workover and work over justifications
• Downhole equipment testing and maint.
• Water injection cluster (four clusters) performance
• Trials of new surface and down hole equipment
• X-mass tree, chokes, sssv's, control panel actuators installation and maintenance in workshop
• Technical studies concerning water injection and artificial lift project
• Oil and gas facility optimization or modification
• Data base for well history water production and injection statistics
• Follow up contractors performance
• Reporting for all production activities and monthly supplying the performance with regards to target
• Corrosion and scale identification and work with chemist to optimize the chemical dose injected to overcome the problems.
• Work to Improve efficiency and reduce cost by optimizing production operations and suggestions
• Budget preparation for production department.
• Handling oil treatment through Processing facility and prepare early and permanent production facilities.
In addition that I supervise five new engineers to train and put them in the track as production engineers.

2001-present
Production Engineer
Artificial lift completion design (Esp and Sucker rod), RIH with same, trouble shooting,
DIFA analysis and detecting route cause for Esp completion failure, and handling Esp tools deliverability from vendors.in addation to y-tool cofigeration install and wireline operation in Esp wells.
Supervise sucker rod operations as design through SROD and Qrod, surface unit installation, make up downhole pump, perform tests for its components (Barrel, Plunger, and valves), check tubing anchor catcher (TAC completion).Sam controle downloads and adjusting balance, fishing of parted rods, and perform unit operations (space in & out, change stroke length, change stroke per min., and balance the unit).
Supervising artificial lift wells; electrical submersible pump and hydraulic jet pump, and troubleshooting their problems as well.
Monitoring of Water Injection and Dump Flood wells.
Carry out in co-ordination with Chemists studies to highlight the corrosion, scale, and pour point problems that may cause a bad effect on production and suggest the immediate solutions to overcome these problems.
Measuring Dynamic Fluid Level in casing annulus (using both analog and digital apparatus) as a reference for well performance and to investigate well problems.
Commissioning and starting up Karama field.
Commissioning and starting up sour station (H2S service).
Recommending proper methods or techniques to operating divisions to carry out non-standard operations required as per program.
Carring out daily operational and engineering reports to evaluate performance and progress to ensure that all operation are being carried out in accordance with the program.
Identifying substandard performance to ensure meeting the operation activities and the cost-effectiveness realization of the total objectives of each program.
Carrying out in co-ordination with petroleum engineer studies to highlight the operational problem and suggesting the immediate solutions to overcome these problems.
Performing other related duties for instance, preparation of the detailed testing and completion requirements of the exploration wells, improving data storing/retrieval methods to enhance the interpreted data quality and manipulation.
Maintaining daily contact with drilling in the areas of well construction and completion operations to ensure well integrity.
Occasional contacts with services companies and representatives of oil equipment facilities manufacturers to seek information to keep informed of the most advanced techniques.
Preparing new wells for production including installing well head connections and connecting flow lines.
Monitoring the flowing parameters for the produced wells to follow up the well history by means of performance curve and comparison data.
Handling the workshop for the maintenance of the X-tree valves and actuators, etc.
Handling the oil shipping process and its documentation.
Preparing the monthly report to highlight the main activities also update all the documents and drawings required for the production.
Review the min./max. stock of all production equipment spare parts in accordance with material storekeeping procedures.
Working in process and famailier with DCS and all related oil treatments.
Witness for disludging operations and related sand and sediments removal.
Preparation of final well reports.
Direction & supervision for the completion of oil wells activities.
Providing technical advice & guidance in areas of production operations.
Contributing for improving operational efficiency, reducing costs & resolving problems using experience & knowledge.
Following up and supervising well testing activities, Handling gas- oil and water calculation through three phase testing
Operating and monitoring the production test package including the following:
Surface test tree, choke manifold , exchange test heater, three phase separator, atmospheric & pressurized tanks, and electrical & diesel driven pump.
Measuring oil and gas rate, water cut , gas oil ratio , salinity ,H2 S
Content, and collecting recombination samples of gas and oil.
Maintain and repair the above mentioned equipment and perform their instruments calibration.
Co-ordination / Interaction with dept. head (Production)
Planning / Prepares testing programs, design completion & performs field supervision for well testing, completion, production maintenance, work over job, for oil & gas wells.
Evaluate & select completion equipment & work over techniques.
Evaluate & co-ordination with service companies to acquire different production services required during completion/ work over jobs.
Work out tender & tender evaluation guidelines, estimate well costs, evaluate bids & prepare relevant budget and preparation of AFE.

Operation Engineer
Working in main office as petroleum engineer performing the following:
Open hole log interpretation, production allocatations, build up programe survey for the field,data acquisation and analysis for detecting wells perfomance and resrevoir integrity, cost estimate for barrels oil produced, and memory gauges programes
Working as assisstant co-man for super rig performing drilling exploratory and development wells, natural wells completion, cementing, and all related drilling.
Supervising different wire line jobs.
Supervising production jobs and ensure that all procedures are adhered to. for instance:
Well testing for production wells and DST for the new wells.
