I have been employed in the construction industry for over fifteen years during this time I have undertaken both onshore and offshore projects primarily in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors, I am a highly qualified and experienced Rigger and Steel Erector with extensive supervisory experience and a proven ability to review and enhance existing procedures to ensure safety efficiency and productivity.

I am a fully qualified Project Manager and my main area of expertise is in the completion of risk assessments and the implementation of new working practices designed to improve safety standards and ensure statutory compliance. I have been involved in the investigation of accidents and incidents on-site and have made subsequent recommendations to avoid the occurrence of similar issues. I have also designed and delivered health and safety training to both managers and employees. I now wish to develop my career further, and am therefore looking for a new and suitably challenging position. I believe that my key qualities are my excellent interpersonal skills and strong communicative ability, combined with my talent for effective organisation and prioritisation. Rigger – Working on a shutdown on Olefins 6 Wilton Teesside May 2008 to date

 Safe removal of redundant vessels and pipe work
 Installation of valves and pipe lines
 Inspection and tagging of lifting equipment
 Prepare Method Statements and document it for endorsement and a sign off by the client
 Coordinate with the supply team the correct materials for example slings, ropes chain blocks and shackles which are needed for the rigging activity
 Ensure that all equipment required for the rigging activity are in line with method statement and are certified as per the specifications as have been agreed with the client

Orange - Business Customer Services

Northern Operations Manager January 2005 – May 2008

 Lead, motivate and manage a team of 15 Customer Service Managers, 250 FTE in total
 I have been responsible for setting up three outbound sales teams within Business Customer Services with 15 staff and 3 Team Managers reporting directly into me. These teams are generating 3000 new subscriptions per month. This figure relates to an incoming revenue of 100K per year
 I have recently been responsible for the implementation of outsourcing our Internal Customer Service Corporate Team to India where I spent six weeks on site managing the transition
