A) Presently (From April 2007 till Date) working with “Siemens Ltd” as “Document Controller” in Qatar Doha.

Company Profile:
Siemens Ltd.have won a contract worth 40 Billion Rupees for a Power Grid Development Project in Qatar. This mega contract from the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation is the largest ever contract won by Siemens. The project will involve supplying 25 new Sub-stations, and providing extensions or renovations of 24 existing ones.

My Job Profile & Responsibilities:

• Preparing Monthly Progress Report & Weekly progress Report. & Submitting these report to Kahramaa ( Qatar Electricity Board).
• Document circulation / filing / retrieval on paper / electronic formats.
• Coordination activities pertaining to document control / release with Engg. agencies / project / procurement / field.
• Converting the Drawing format for printout form tiff, PDF, or Autocat.
• Ability to performance tune and optimize queries / reports
• Preparing Monthly Progress chart with Power Point Presentation.

B) From Sep 2006 to April 2007 working with “Logix” as” Distributing Center Assistant ”
at Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, U.A.E.

“Warehouse Supervisor “in Mumbai.

Company Profile: The Company offers integrated solutions in supply chain management with special emphasis on third party logistics and support to both, established and emerging sectors in the industry.
This warehouse was specially setup for the prestigious project of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd in Bhiwandi, Thane basically to cater goods and services to entire Maharastra and Goa.

My Job Profile & Responsibilities:
• Maintaining Inventory accounting in SAP. (Prd.4.7)
• Daily posting of Post Goods receipt (GRN) against purchase order in SAP.
• Relevant updating to the SAP system for receipts, issues and returns
• Preparing weekly MIS report of Inventory with value wise for Customer & for our Record.
• Maintaining RMA (Repair Material Authorization) procedure of all locations and sending Faulty material to their vendor keeping track on Repair return.
• Preparing Monthly RS&R report of all locations and reporting to the management.
• Coordinating with the transporter for the necessary dispatches
