I am a Diploma qualified Instrument Technician having 08 years of sound maintenance in the field of Oil&Gas and also having NVQ-Level 3 certificate from City & Guilds UK. I worked in Oil &Gas industries for many years. During these periods I maintained different types of Instrumentation& electrical system. Currently I am working in Central Processing Gas Plant(upstream facilities) of Petroleum development Of Oman (PDO) through special technical services LLC.I am working as an Instrument Maintenance Foreman since April 2005, I gained enough knowledge & experience in Process facilities, gathering stations& Gas well head equipments like Gas Compressors, Turbo Expanders, Gas Turbines, pumps etc. I have good experience in preventive maintenance, System and Process control loop checks, trouble shooting of various process control systems like Safe guarding systems, Fire & Gas detection systems. I am also well familiar with Permit to work system, job hazard analysis, HSE standards & Equipments for explosive atmosphere from field experience and various courses.

I along with Tecnimont ICB contractor commissioned complete LNG Terminal at Petronet LNG Limited, Dahej, Gujarat-India. Also I involved in Cain Energy Hydrocarbon Dew Point Project in Surat India & Refinery modification Project at Bharat Petroleum Co.Ltd (BPCL) Mumbai-India.

At present working for PETROLIUM DEVELOPMENT OF OMAN as Maintenance Foreman. P.D.O is one of the largest and biggest ORGANISATIONS engaged in OIL & GAS FIELDS.I have been worked in different companies in INDIA (05 YEARS) on different posts. At present working with STS (Special Technical Services OMAN) as an INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE FOREMAN since 2005, at PETROLEUM DEVELOPMENT OMAN (PDO) for ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.

Major responsibilities discharged during this period involve total maintenance of Petroleum Development Of Oman LNG upstream facilities, Commissioning of India’s first two LNG Re-Gasification plants involved in the Refinery Modification Project at Bharat Petroleum , shutdown and breakdown of Oil Gathering Stations and LNG upstream and down stream facilities, Preventive maintenance, Faultfinding and corrective maintenance activities in the field of process Instrumentation, Fire & Gas detection Instruments and Machinery Control Instruments

Having good working experience in Different types of Rotating equipments like Gas Turbine, Turbo Expanders, Flash Gas Compressors, OFF Gas Compressors& Booster Gas Compressors (Centrifugal & Reciprocating) and high pressure multistage pumps.
Good working experience in Gas Well Heads Hydraulic panels like Wilmax control systems Frames control panels and also work experience in RTU’s like Baker CAC and V-monitoring.
Turbine maintenance like, GE Frame6 Mark-V, Ruston TB 5000/TA-1750& Solar Mars & Centaur.
Inspection, Overhauling, Repairing, Checking and trouble shooting of air compressor.
