WORK EXPERIENCE
Working as a Assistant Manager Projects and Mechanical Maintenance (17th August 2005 to till date) in “BOLAN CASTINGS LIMITED” ISO 9001-2000 certified (an automotive parts castings industry) based at Hub Distt. Lasbella Baloachistan.
Assistant Manager Plant Maintenance/Mechanical: (July 2006 to till date)
Duties & Responsibilities are as under:
Maintenance of High pressure moulding line, Green Sand plant, Core Making Machines, Compressors, Overhead Cranes, Monorail cranes , Air Receivers tanks, Piping, Induction Furnaces, Reverse-Osmosis Plant, Desalination Plant, Pumps and other various supporting machineries.
• To execute preventive and routine maintenance according to schedules.
• To execute break down repair at least possible time.
• To perform planning, organizing and control functions to carry out the assigned work in most efficient manner.


• To guide and motivate the subordinates to carryout the maintenance work timely.
• To coordinate with concerned departments for the smooth functioning of plant and machinery.
• To perform any other duty assigned by the Incharge.
• To work for the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001-2000 Quality Management System in the company.
The Job description is conducting the effective maintenance is to keep the plant and related accessories in reliable and operational condition so the plant can operate at its full capability.
Assistant Manager Expansion Projects: (August 2005 to July 2006)
Duties & Responsibilities are as under:
Expansion Projects. Installation of High pressure moulding line, Green Sand plant, Core Making Machines, Compressors, Pumps, Induction Furnace, steel fabrication works and other various supporting machineries.
• Making drawings for expansion projects, steel fabrication works, mechanical equipments, Civil works, Plant Layout and convert plant old drawings on AutoCAD.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities and Tender Document and compiling all drawings, scope of works and specifications of the consultants.
• Erection of Plant Machineries.
• Preparation of Material schedule & indenting material.
• Productivity analysis of various skills (workmen) and take action to improve the same.
• Responsible for the Project Execution covering all Engineering Phases from Proposal, Basic, Detail, Commissioning and Construction.
