| 2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory] |
Experienced in Commissioning, Maintenance and shutdown maintenance of instrument and related control system in Oil and Gas plants Onshore and Offshore. My duties include Calibration, function testing, Configuration, Erection, Loop checking stimulation of various instrument. Specially experienced in different types of Relief valves, Pilot valves, Control valves, Line valves, WOM valves, BALON valves, Mape gas valves, SSV, X’Mas tree, Well head pneumatic and hydraulic panel maintenance etc.
Presently woking with NUVO PIGNONE a concern of GENERAL ELECTRICS (GE)on their C.S.A contract in Qatar Gas as Turbine Technician through MANWIER since last 1 year.On this time participated around 15 shutdown (major overhaul and LTPI,hot gas path inspection) of FRAME V,FRAME VI turbines on the post of Technical Advisor. And doing the turbine maintenance also
As a Valve Technician, I was very keen and aware of the precision of valve settings. For very high precision I used to keep datas of measurements during the dismantling of the valves and used to follow the procedure of servicing the same. During assembly each valves, extreme care is taken to follow the procedures and measurements required depending on the various kinds of valves. Testing is done according to the standards and parameters required.
Performed start-up of frame V 9001C,9002C frame VI gas turbine
Loop test and instruments calibration using Mark V system
Trouble-shoot on instrument and electrical failure
Regular turbine parameters check
Adjusted speed and load parameters on GE Mark V Speedtronic control systems
Engaged in Start-up GE gas turbine using Mark V control system and HMI
Experience in bently neveda 3300,3500 machine conditioning and monitoring system, bypassing the signals, calibration of radial and axial probes float checking etc…
Good knowledge in turbine mechanical parts and works , can perform as a mechanical TA also
