COMPLAINCE:
To ensure that stores are compliant with franchise agreement and/or assist storeowners to bring their store within compliance. Currently schedule - 16 stores.

PROBLEM STORE ASSIST:
Concentrated efforts to assist stores that are running below optimum. Determining the problem and advising storeowner on how to rectify, through marketing, service, product or store management and stock control.

EVALUATIONS:
Full-day evaluations at problem stores and half-day visits at good stores.
Evaluation summary: appearance of store, delivery vehicle inspection, kitchen, hygiene, staff evaluation, state of equipment, storeroom, flow of the business, product production and presentation (platters, sandwiches, baked potatoes and salads), dispatch efficiency, paperwork and control, compliance with franchise agreement (15 items)

OPENING NEW STORES:
Ordering of equipment and stock for new stores and ensuring correct delivery. Liaising with new franchisee on completing pre-opening checks lists and ensuring that all registrations have been done as per the operating procedures. Ensuring that franchisee writes the Sandwich Baron test and that all staff are trained and competent. Pre-opening day store set up. Opening day full assistance. Weekly visits for the first month.


OTHER:
Weekly meeting with Franchisor to report on stores. Drafting letter to franchisees relating to problems within their store. Once a week marketing for stores within the group with below average turnover.

MARKETING:
Liaise with marketing division on requirements, delivery and distribution of marketing material.

PROJECT PLAN:
Create time sheet to control necessary steps before opening, ensure that all tasks are completed on time, inform new franchisee of his/her tasks and provide contact details and assistance.

ORDER RECEIVING:
Phone all franchise stores twice a week for stock order (Big Al’s own products).

DELIVERY NOTES:
Create delivery notes to accompany orders (stock codes, quantity, cost), delivery noted given to accounts dept for invoicing.

DISPATCH:
Complete delivery sheet for drivers, organise driver’s routes and priorities, drivers return check and attend to any queries.

PAYMENTS:
Call stores with regards to late payments and account blocks.

STOCK:
Ordering of stock for central kitchen production. Invoice capturing for payment.

OTHER:
Keep costing up to date and recommend increases in selling price when necessary. Completing CVS (cash verification sheet) for company owned stores.
Control all aspects of company insurance (listings and claims).
