I spent Breda in The Netherlands to carry over my professional and developing carreer. With my head of department I discussed several technical ideas, solutions, meetings, producing prototypes, ordering components etc. All the communications was happened in english.
To my works belongs such as 3-D modeling, creating 2-D drawings, testing the machines in the TestLab as proto and/or that machines which are manufactured by the line, documentations, responsibility of the workers in the TestLab. Before introduction the product onto the market I made project steps for instance FMEA 1, FMEA 2 (Failure Mode & Effect Analysis), QB1, QB2, QB2 checklist of the relevant power tool, making a file of the drawings, approvals, results, 2-D drawings, etc. Serial pruduction was started in March 2004. Up to this day this tool is being produced.
I had been involved a new project called Jigsaw in August 2004. but later this project moved to China because of target and feasible costs. After I joined another project so called Orbital Sander in January 2005. I finished this project the end of 2005. on my own. Serial production was started in December. From 2006, I was also involved further two Skil projects, to make 3-D models, creating 2-D technical drawings, keep contact with suppliers and testing the machines.
In September 2006. I dealed with serial support that means contact with suppliers, testing the power tools, cost saving, participating on monthly guarrantee meeting, handling and changing BOM lists (Bill Of Materials), documentations and drawings.
From the 1th of January I have been working a new Bosch 2speed impact drill with one of my colleague. Status of the project is development. Monthly discussions was happened at Stuttgart, Germany. I participiate weekly video conference with german colleagues in the project. Testing of the prototype parts with complete machines has started. Design FMEA is done, process FMEA will be on week 21. Suppliers has started involving producing the parts.
Furthermore I am interested in material tests, testing different kind of components such as metal or plastic very much. I mean the tests like material section, material structure, tensile strength, hardness, etc.
