Over 4 years experience as Construction Engineer disciplines for Onshore & Offshore fabrication and erection of Piping & Mechanical work, heavy steel structural fabrication. As present, I am employed by Thai Nippon Steel Engineering & Construction Crop., Ltd. as Piping Engineer and Piping Coordinator for Onshore fabrication projects and Offshore erection work. While working for the lead, I am involved to expert knowledge project construction management overall quality programmed, skill and abilities in I completed a Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibility
• Responsible on overall quality programmed exercised on those aspects of function witch effect the quality of production at all pre-fabrication and erection as pipe spools, pipe support and mechanical
equipment.

• Manage and monitor to preparing work progress fabrication & erection work that all activities by constantly, coordinating with welding and piping supervisors to prevent any potential problem that may occur during fabrication & erection work.

• Assist Project Manager which was concerning piping & mechanical matters, Productivity, Efficiency, project cost control, schedule, quality assurance and overall Mechanical & Piping completion dossiers project.

• Provide relevant input to work planning prior to execution, this is in relation drawing, specifications Pre-Commissioning Procedure, etc and work instruction as required in the project.

• Provide assistance to engineering section by Isometric DWG checking and balancing Material MTO’s, BOQ‘s that used to control fabrication work and co-ordination with procurement & material control section which follow up material for execution fabrication and erection work.

• Involved to the Welder Qualification Test (WQT) with Welding Engineer for preparing welder, while
working onshore & offshore fabrication.

• Coordinating with Client inspectors and Third party representatives in regards to piping matters
& liaise with sub-contractor on work progress and statuses are received and correct, and activities participate in the operational fabrication & installation and HSE meeting with key personal on board.

• Pre-commissioning programmed work in process piping system & sub-system, Test package piping completion.
