I’m a French and English speaking Canadian Camp Manager/Food Services Manager/ Chief Steward with over 30 years of experience with the federal government of Canada (Navy), and the private sector. I’m presently seeking to further my career within the food and beverage, ship board hospitality, remote sites, and camp life support services environment in a management/supervisor position.

I'm familiar with working in many different or diversified environments and their challenges, of which I have enjoyed. I recently completed a 42 month contract employed with Kellogg Brown and Root in Basra, Iraq as a Camp Manager/Food Services Manager responsible for the entire house keeping, maintenance, accommodation allocation, custodial, laundry services and two award winning dinning facilities for a 750 bed Expatriate residential compound.
The focus of this role was offering western hospitality services to the Iraqi southern project operations area of the US Army Core of Engineers and their subcontractors, while they are rebuilding Iraq's oil fields.
I have excellent work ethics, management abilities, people and management skills. I’ve worked in Africa the Middle East, Eastern Europe and ship board. I have opening, multi unit and crew management experience. I have consistently improved and maintained excellent work standards in each of my varied positions.
