: Diploma in Computer Application

General : Several years experience in operations and
Plant maintenance. Have been working for
Extensive supervision, work painting of
Structural steel other industrial projects.


Present function : Overall responsibility of project from planning
stage to execution and as well as of turnover,
preparing various monthly reports.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess condition of substrate
• Check the correct material have been received for the use
• Check proper storage of coatings as per manufacturer’s data sheet.
• Check the Abrasive before starting of the Blasting
• Check the Ambient Temperature (wet / dry) before the commence of work
• Check the Dew Point and Relative Humidity
• Check the blast cleaned surface visually
• Check and record Anchor Profile
• Chloride testing
• Check the coating mixing procedure
• Check wet film thickness of coating for every coat
• Check dry film thickness after drying for every coat
• Check sagging visually after every coat

Coatings Pvt. ltd. As a painting supervisor of their sites at Grasim
Chemical Division, Nagada (M.P)

Ltd. As a painting supervisor of their sites at Oil and Natural Gas
Corporation Ltd, (ONGC) on the following Offshore Process Platforms.

3 Period- May 2002 to September 2003 worked with JK Surface Coaitngs
Pvt.Ltd. As a Asst. Manager Project of their sites at Tata Steel Ltd.,
Jamshedpur ,Tatanagar, (Jharkhand)

4 Period- September 2003 to November 2004 worked with Denso Paints as
A Coating inspector of their sites at Oil and Natural Gas Corporation
Ltd.,(ONGC) through MSV Seamec-1 on the following Offshore

Corporation Ltd.,(ONGC) through vessel MV Hal Supporter on the
