 In charge for Mechanical division activities of maintenance dept.
 Hands on experience in overhauling of Centrifugal pumps, watering vacuum pumps, oil ring vacuum pumps. Maintenance of dosage pumps, reciprocating pumps.
 Hands on working experience on overhauling of Centrifuges ,Reactors, gearbox, bearing housings, blowers, fluid couplings, driers ,blenders, Mechanical seals.
 Hands on experience on maintenance of hydraulic lifters, rope hoists, pneumatic systems, hydrogenators.
 Hands on experience on operation and maintenance of Refrigeration plant(Brine &chilled water), Oil fired Steam boilers , Thermic fluid heaters, Cooling towers, Nitrogen plant , Air Compressors.
 Hands on experience on repairing of ball valves, piston valves, globe valves, gate valves, pressure reducing valves, butterfly valves, pneumatic valves, glass lined spindle valves.
 Attending emergency breakdown of equipments with breakdown maint. Team.
 Preparing & monitoring preventive maintenance schedule of process and utility equipments.
 Preparing and monitoring shift schedule and shutdown planning.
 Maintaining and procuring minimum spares from approved vendors.
 Coordinate with external servicing agents in order to service critical equipments.
 Prepare work orders for major maintenance activities.
 Getting quotations for repair of equipments, negotiate with the party and fix repair charges for the same.
 Commissioning of new equipments in coordination with Project Dept. and draft Installation Qualification Report.
 Attend daily meetings and allocate work to subordinates.
 Study failure of equipments and prepare Breakdown Analysis Report.
 Fire fighting squad coordinator.
 Auditing internally against ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001.
 Conduct training for the subordinates in order to improve technical capability.
 Team President for companies annual sports and cultural activities.
