TITLE: Sorting of components based on weights using PLC
DESCRIPTION: Project consists of three cylinders, different components of different weights activated by software segments and ladder drawings which cause the cylinders activate and deactivate along with three capacitive proximity sensors placed to sense the mass of the components whether they are correct or under or over weight which are pushed by cylinders. These sensors act as a calibration unit with sensing different weights through which they activate and deactivate the cylinders for different types of respective masses which are to placed in correct weight godown.

Project # 2
TITLE: Sequential program for measuring and controlling different parameters using PLC
DESCRIPTION: Project consists of a small furnace which is heated by an external heater and this heater is operated by means of a PLC via a NC relay. The temperature is sensed by an RTD and is fed to the PLC and the PLC compares the temperature with the set point and performs the required action in order to maintain the set point. Monitoring is also done in PLC only. This PLC program has the ability to control more no of parameters in the process based on the number of input/outputs.
