I have been working for Baxters food group in Fochabers for nearly a year. In this time I have learned the following skills
I am able to work on my own or as part of a team, I am used to working computer based systems, I prepare ingrediants for stock , I handle and prepare vegetables for human consumption, I give and take orders, help train up new starts.

I have some high school education, I also attended college for two years doing a sports and recreation course which I enjoyed but felt that employment was going to be difficult to find in this area.
I also completed my BOSIET and is valid till 2011.
