My career began at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, (a national top-tier Canadian business law firm) and in-house counsel training at Esso-Imperial Oil Resources Ltd., followed by entrepreneurial opportunities, corporate executive position and acquisition work in private equity. Dental Patient Advocacy Group - DPAG, Toronto, Canada (2003-2006)
 Co Founded DPAG, the first interactive online legal advocacy service in Ontario comprised of dental and legal professionals providing patients affordable access to compensation for negligent dental treatment.
 Created the online business model including drafting all business and legal content (www.dpag.ca).

Dayrunner Inc. Meadwestvaco Corp. Irvine, California (2000-2002)
 Executive Vice President Operations Dayrunner Inc.- (acquired by Meadwestvaco Corp., a publicly traded North American manufacturer of consumer products).
 Spearheaded the integration of the cross-border merger and acquisition of Timeposters Inc. (see below)
 Established reporting matrix to monitor post-acquisition performance benchmarks in relation to negotiated earn-out terms.
