I am a qualified Instrument Technician with 26 years post trade test experience in Instrument maintenance and repair. I have obtained most of my experience working in the petro chemical refining and offshore production indutries.I have extensive experience in flow,temperature,pressure and level transmitter repairs and troubleshooting (Pneumatic and electronic control valve repairs and general fault finding.I am at present working as an Instrument Advisor for a major oil company off the west coast of Africa controlling the maintenance activities of five of their offshore platforms.
2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
I have 26 years experience in Instrument repairs and maintenance, 21years in the refinery plants on lad and 5 years offshore on a platform. 3 Year,I worked as a Technician and two years as an Advisor.
My Technician experience is all hands on with repairs,fault finding of flow,level,pressure,Temperature transmitters and valves, Automatic control and controle valves.
My Advisor work entails supervising the instrument Technicians, planning their work,ordering of spare parts, time writing and PMP planning and general overseeing the maintenance activities of the platforms that fall under me.
