• Responsible for providing project/ contract support/management and assistance of a responsible and confidential nature to the Managing Director in effectively managing the contract with Brunei Shell.
The said contract comprises of Well Services Supervisors (consisting of Petroleum Engineers and Completion/ Coiled Tubing Supervisors) and Wireline Crew (consisting of Wireline Operator and Rigger). Total of 32 personnel consisting of expatriates and locals.
• Provide project/contract assistance and support to the Managing Director in terms of coordination, monitoring and general support in communication handling, problem analysis and problem solving for the proper execution and management of the contract.
• Coordinate the administrative and logistics aspects of meetings, payrolls, travel arrangements, hotel reservations and bookings and labour and employment visa applications.
• Manage the Director’s office in his absence and ensures all matters (as related to the contract) requiring the Director’s attention are directed with discretion and attended to meticulously.
• Handle phone calls and draft correspondence (i.e mails, letters, memorandum, emails and others).
• Prepare and consolidate reports for submission to Brunei Shell.
• Draft and amend Employment Contracts.
• Review and amend (if necessary) service agreements with associated Manpower Agency.
• Maintain an update records and proper filing system.
• Take note of minutes of the meeting.
• Effectively screens and reviews job applications.
• Assist in coordinating with our Principal relative to the supply of oilfield tools and equipment for Brunei Shell.
