I am accustomed to fast paced catering environments where standards, deadlines and quality are defined within a pre-defined budget.
My customer service skills and communication skills are excellent, constant communication with all levels of Management, labour workforce and other participants in the day to day running of the workplace has in turn strengthened the network required to achieve the goals set.
I consider myself to be a determined person, detail orientated, always looking to improve upon previous targets met, enjoy socialising and have a wide range of interests, and regard myself to have a caring but stern nature, this allows understanding and an efficient resolve to any given problems which arise.
Within various contracts throughout the world I have come to realise the best methods of communication with people from various races and cultures; this in turn has strengthened my interpersonal skills. I have acquired a great knowledge and understanding of diversity within a great variety of working environments, from Industrialised cities to remote regions.
Some of my peripheral skills are listed here: Pc literate, full British drivers licence, speak a day to day version of the French language with English being my first language.
Being born in Australia and having British parents has given me dual nationality; I hold both passports within the said nationalities.
