Having left my education in 1986 I had very little in the way of expertience, but later found that I had a passion for food and have been doing this since. I have held other possitions over the years like panel beating (trainee) gardener etc but around 1990-91 I introduced to cooking and bar work. I have basic skills and wish to further my knowledge in this field.

I have held positions as a kitchen porter right through to being in charge of my own kitchen (basic set menu)
As I have done also in the bar trade. In the bar I was responsible for stock rotation and ordering products.
In the kitchen I was required to do stock rotation.orders,cleaning veg and meat prep and assisting the Chef where ever it was required.

Education I have no qualifications from School as I left early to join a training course (YTS) in horticulture.
I however have good comunicational skill but sadly just in English.

I have limited knowledge when it comes to computers.

really good at DIY I even held a possition in Ayr as a handyman.
