Dear sir, From past more than 11 years i am working as a QAQC engineer (welding/piping/mechanical) in various refineeries,oil & gas,petrochemical projets in india as well abrod.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

ROLE AND RESPONSIAABILITIES.
QA/QC ENGINNEER
Reviewed the contract, specification, drawings, code/standards, vendor requirement and project agreement on work to be inspected, monitoring the quality system in accordance with project Quality plan and Procedure.
Determined what is required to be inspected, frequency of inspection required and method of inspection from inspection test plan.
Check all approved design drawing including any approved changes associated with the work to be inspected.
Review project procedure and/ or the contract quality plan to determine requirement prior to start any inspection activities.
Find out which forms or documents must be completed to document, field inspection activities.
During inspection checked only approved material/consumable have been used, for materials which can not be visually verified after installation, establish control to ensure that the correct material have been used. e.g. heat tracibility record.
When worker qualification requirement exist, ensured that qualified personal have perform the work.
Document all inspections per inspection test plan and on approved format.
After performing inspection, immediately, adviced concerned supervisor/engineers regarding any unacceptable work and the corrective action required to correct the deficiencies.
Follow up on the rejected work after corrective action have been implemented to ensure the work is acceptable.
Monitoring internal as well sub contractors audit as per project Quality plan .
Ensure proper filling of all inspection records in the job files per ITP/ DOSSIER requirement.



WELDING AND INSPECTION ENGINEER.
ü Preparation and qualification of welding procedure for CS, AS, SS, NACE & LTCS materials as per ASME and AWS code requirement.
ü Welder performance and weld consumable inspection per ASME/AWS. requirement.
ü Preparation, Review and approval of Inspection & Test plans (ITP), Pre
Expertise in the inspection of piping work with various piping materials such as
High pressure - high temperature carbon steel, Low temperature carbon steel, Alloy steel, various grade of S.S,F.R.P. as per ASTM, ASME, API STD.
ü Interpretations of weld discontinuities by various N.D.T methods like R.T, M.P.T, D.P.T, UT(Manual & TOFD) and Visual examination as per code requirement.
ü Piping and mechanical material receiving inspection at site as per purchase order related code, standard and specification.
ü Inspection of various piping activities such as dimensional check, orientation, fit up, welding of Piping fabrication work and site erection.(AG&UG).
ü Inspection of Hydro test loop, follow up for mechanical clearance and witnessing of testing and final reinstatement of test packages etc.
ü Inspection of blasting / painting / insulation and coating of metal surfaces, familiar with various paint system zinc silicates, zinc rich epoxies, Polyeurethane.
ü Inspection of external coating such as wrapping coating , heat shrink sleeves for corrosion protection of field girth weld and piping.
ü Shop flour inspection for fabrication of pressure vessels, Heat Exchangers, columns, reactors.
ü Final documentation review for client submission.
ü Coordinating with client/contractors, mechanical, quality control & design dept.
ü Conducted regular toolbox meetings with fabricators, welders and other construction personnel to enhance the quality of the jobs.
At Present Working with M/s Germanischer Lloyds AS a QAQC Engineer For Their UAE based office.

From June 2007 to Oct 2007 Working With M/s Technip Chiyoda Joint Venture (CTJV) For Their QGX Project AT QATAR GAS Expansion 1&2. As a Chief Inspector QAQC for short term assignment.

FROM AUGUST 2006 TO MAY2007- Working With M/s Fluor Daniel Consultants B.V. For their DOW CHEMICAL -PIC PROJECT IN KUWAIT.

Employed as Client’s representative to look for the inspection and testing:

Involved in inspection of Piping & Mechanical activities, handled C.S, L.T.C.S, NACE, SS,LOW and HIGH Alloy Steel and FRP piping work and material inspection.
Reviewing and approval of WPS/PQR; Job procedure, Inspection and test plans, method of statement, welder qualification, surveillance of welding inspection, and interpretation of weld discontinuities by various NDE. Hydrostatic and pneumatic test package review and witnessing of test.
Involved in surface preparation (Garnet, Sand blasting), painting inspection and external coating inspection such as field applied poleyophinic tape (wrapping/coating),
Involved in structural steel & sphere (Ethyelene & propylene sphere as per ASME VIII

Div 2) Stage wise and final inspection activities at site. Coordination with the client and

Sub-contractors and Third party representatives. Attend the weekly meetings with the

Client and sub-contractors.

From April – 2004 to july 2006 worked with Consortium of M/s. Fluor Daniel & S.K.Engineering & Construction for their KOCRP and FMP project in Kuwait Oil Corporation (KOC).

Involved in inspection of Piping & Mechanical activities, handled C.S, L.T.C.S, A.S., NACE, SS & FRP/ RTRP piping work and material inspection.
Preparation, reviewing and approval of WPS/PQR; Job procedure, ITP, method of statement and welder qualification, welding inspection and interpretation of weld discontinuities by various NDE.
Involved in surface preparation (Grit/Sand blasting), painting inspection and external coating inspection such as field applied polyeophnic tape (wrapping/coating), Heat shrink sleeve for corrosion protection of field girth weld and piping.

Involved in static & rotary equipment installation, leveling, preliminary alignment & final alignment inspection activities, structural steel & storage tank stage wise and final inspection activities at site.
Involved in welder qualification, welding & weld discontinuities as per API-1104, inspected PE coating repair work of pipe line & heat shrink sleeve for corrosion protection of field girth weld and pipeline.
