Work onboard production platforms in Black Sea.
- preventive and corrective maintenance and trouble shouting activities for the instrumentation equipments .
-Operating, preventive and corrective maintenance, DCS DeltaV ( distribution control system), cogeneration & compression plant, (Jenbacher gas engine, VPT Kompressoren, Akenbach Boiler ) and ESD systems.
-Control room operating cogeneration & gas compression plant.
- Repair and calibration smart presure, level, flow and temperature transmitters,(Honeywell,Fisher-Rosemount,Fujy,Masoneilan,Vega, Endress&Hauser, ABB), with Hartd protocol and Fieldbus, manometers, gas explosible analyzers( Drager, Oldham), construction and fitting in .
-Calibration electromagnetic flow meter.
-Calibration Vortex and Anubar flow meters.(Rosemount)
-Calibration radar and ultrasonic level meters.(Rosemount, Vega)
-Repair and calibration pneumatical transmiters(Hokushin, Eckardt, Yokogawa).
-Setings for high presure transmiters (RKC).
-Setings for presure swich.
-Construction PLC( Allen Bradley, Moeller, Siemens) & DCS( Emerson DeltaV and marshaling) cabinets.

- Pipeline filling and testing :- water winning pumps, filtration, hoses, fill pumps, chemical injection pumps, pigs, pressurizing pumps, instrumentation.
- Air compression booster and membrane nitrogen equipment:- feed compressors, boosters, membrane units, hoses.
-Pipeline inspection equipment. -Construction fast loop for sample analizors. -Construction of oil and gas facilities including structural, electrical and instrumentation, piping, and mechanical.
-Construction control loops. -Technical aptitude for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Electronics -Ability to read and interpret P&ID’s and electrical wiring and schematic drawings.
-Preventive/predictive maintenance, inspection, commissioning, modification and installation of equipment and systems on onshore and offshore production, process, export and municipal facilities in the area of operations.
-Maintenance of all instrumentation, electrical, and control systems.
-Maintenance for cogeneration plant and gas compression.(Jenbacher and VPT-Kompressoren system)
-Maintenance for IQ8-control fire system.
-Maintenance for ESD well Autocon system.
- Familiar in measuring gauges and sensors, calibration of sensor, pressure gauges and temperature indicators, using tools require of calibration like Fluke process calibration, digital meters, alignment and using dial gauge and ability to disassemble and assemble of mechanical equipment; knowledge of gas and air compression and transmission, time duration for calibration of instrumentation equipments and schematic drawings.
