Public Relation Clerk at Mutaher Co. for Trading & Agencies, Hoddidah Branch, Republic of

Assistant Computer Technician at SABA’A Shop for Computers, Accessories and Maintenance, a Family Business, Sana’a Republic of Yemen. Participating in P.C. Oil Production Operator Onshore Assignment, at ALMAZ IPEDEX Oil & Gas Services “AMIOGS” a Manpower supply subcontractor under TOTAL E&P Yemen, East Shabwa Development Block 10.
Working as a Senior Production Operator. I have Experiences in the following fields and Systems:
1. Panel Operation, controlling a process plant with a PLC control system with a V.D.U. unit.
2. Field and Process, with a capacity of handling up to 60,000 Bpd of Oil, and over 70,000 Bpd of Water, and around 6 Million MMSCFD of Gas, with a percentage of 4,000 PPM of H2S.
3. Well Heads Artificial wells, Natural wells eruptive and Gas lift wells, and water injection wells.
4. Testing and Pigging, test separators and cloriouse, Manifolds and Satellites with P.I.G., launcher and receiver up to 10”.
5. Cklaster Power Supplying stations “Diesel and Crude”.
6. Lab Analysis B.S.&W., Salt, R.V.P., Oil content in water, and Density analysis.

Nature of Duties
Operating a 2 & 3 Phase separation facilities with a capacity up to 60,000 Bpd., with a 6 Million MMSCFD of Gas, along with a Desalting units, a Multistage Centrifugal shipping pumps, a water treatment unit Skimmers, Overflow Separation tanks, Eruptive and Gas lift Natural wells and Artificial wells, and water injection wells.
To take start up and shutdown as per instruction and to maintain process, observation of equipments, chemical injecting follow up, well head routine jobs, Orifice changing, P.I.G. lunching and receiving, strainer cleaning, carrying out tests. Experience of handling independently power stations “Synchronizing, Load transferring, units startup and shutdown both for Diesel and Crude generators”. Experience of handling and controlling independently Plant Process from field Operator position, and as a Panel Operator from control room, under any kind of extreme or unusual situations, “startups and shutdowns, planed or unplanned”. Holding and controlling work permits cold and hot holding on location tool meetings.
Experience in Commissioning new and upgraded facilities had the opportunity to be involved in two Plant upgrading and one New facility Commissioning. Direct involvement in safety activities and several first aid training sessions, and fire fighting.
Fifith Employment from March 2006 Up to Date:
