Dear Sir/Madam
I am currently employed as Marine Operator (Crane Operator) on the Glass Dowr FPSO, working for Bluewater Energy Services BV. The current assignment location is off the South-East coast off Mossel Bay, South Africa and consists of a 28 day on/off rotation. I have been with Bluewater Energy Services B.V. for the past 5 years but unfortunately our current contract is coming to an end and therefore the reason for writing.
I started my career on Semi Submersibles and worked in the capacities of Roustabout, Roughneck and Pumpman. I boast a total of 14 years offshore experience.
I consider my strengths to be, reliable, adaptable with good interpersonal skills, well written and spoken English and having a fair amount of common sense. Above average loyalty to my working company is a must and has stood me in good stead as evidenced by regular excellent performance evaluations.
I believe that I would be an asset to any company that employed me.
