• Domino.Doc is a Document Management Tool; it simply functions as a Knowledge Repository - organizing, sharing, managing & storing business documents in one location. Domino.Doc runs on a Domino server, which is a shared, distributed e-mail system. This combination provides an easy, efficient way to manage documents & their content. Domino.Doc also functions as a document tracking system. Documents are tracked at every stage of their life & if required, documents can be routed through an electronic review and approval cycle
• Involved in developing and Customizing Taxonomy of Enterprise Document Management System repository, which includes structures creating like creating of Single & Multiple Categorized Binders, Binders & documents, which is based on IBM’s Lotus Notes based Domino Doc platform
• Developed a system responsible for the efficient and systematic control of the creation, receipt, distribution and maintenance of documents of the project. The system was developed based on the business rules and engineering process governing the project
• Reliance Retail Outlet (Petroleum) Project required Centralized Document Management System catering for Construction Sites located on geographically various locations of India. An Intranet website implementing the above requisite was developed and maintained on the same portal. The site publishes final approved documents for the end users to download and carry out the construction
