Professional an operator, data gathering for inspection equipment's Maintenance
Eng. Sector, Belayim Petroleum Co. (Petrobel ) Abu Rudies South Sinai , Egypt .
: Operating SKF Condition monitoring program & its software (Prism4 solution for
Windows 1.30 and Prism4 Pro 2.30 for analysis) able to input data machinery,
uploading, downloading to data collector/analyzer SKF CMVA10.
: Operating Odyssey program & its software able to input data machinery,
uploading, downloading to data collector/analyzer Intake IRD Data Pac 1500.
: Responsible for vibration data gathering of machinery analysis and report (monthly program and work order (around 500 units like pumps, diesel, compressor. motors, turbines & generator.
: Input data machinery for vibration software as (system setting, ID, direction, point
type, RPM, detection's, lines, average, spectrum, bearing No. Etc.)
: Measurement & Laser alignment for machinery by easy laser & its software.
: Running speed Measurements by SKF CMVA10 , EDIAG V2.2 and it's
moviepack
: Installation, repairs, maintenance & complete overhauling for fixed plant associated
with mechanical system (centrifugal pumps, compressors, reciprocating
compressors, generator, diesel etc….)
: Ordering for provide labor, material & equipment use.
: Scheduling for work time, annual & monthly maintenance plan.
: Arrange for transportation of material & equipment use to work site .
: Starting, testing & re-commissioning of all plant & equipment
: Carry out monthly vibration program, job orders (data gathering, analysis & reports)
and for vibration from other div.

2001-2004 :Working in Abu Dhabi onshore oil operation (ADCO) as a foramen of vibration
data gathering and analysis.

: set up the software SKF Condition monitoring program & its software (Prism4 solution
for Windows 1.30 and Prism4 Pro 2.30 for analysis) able to input data machinery,
uploading, downloading to data collector/analyzer SKF CMVA10, input data machinery, download, upload data, diagnostic & reporting for machinery to the specialist.

2004-2005 : Return to my company in Egypt to the same job until now.

1984-1986 : Technical Diploma from industrial Institutes, Sheibeen Al Kom, Monofyia, University (two years after secondary school ).
