• Establishing, in conjunction with functional managers, project performance objectives and indicators.
• Constructing formal risk identification and reporting program and ensuring risk mitigation procedures are applied.
• Reviewing internal and external factors that affect project performance, developing improvement activities and providing assistance to functional managers, as required, to enable them to improve performance, control and management of their areas of responsibility.
