OVERVIEW:

I’m an energetic team player with 16 years machining experience, more than 14 years on CNC mills. With a broad background in automotive, injection molds, model & fixture shops, aerospace, and specialty machine companies. I’ve programmed and operated several different CNC controllers I.E. Fanuc, Fadal, Haas, Fidia, and Incon. I have extensive set-up experience with both horizontal and vertical mills. I am very computer literate, and familiar with various software and operating systems from DOS to most all Windows versions.

Duties – Set up, program and operate 3, 4, & 5 axis CNC mills to machine high-tolerance aerospace components. Often run existing jobs, utilizing JobBoss to acquire prints, programs, set-up sheets, and in-process inspection documents. Often operate 3 to 4 machines simultaneously, as well as Zeiss CMM inspections. Use Z-Cal, optical comparators, and a wide variety of standard inspection equipment to complete ongoing stringent inspection documentation.
