2006- Present Permit to Work Authoriser/Coordinator/Commissioning team member
The operation, monitoring, auditing and coordination of a permit to work system in a offshore construction environment, within a Brownfield environment, ensuring all construction, commissioning and operation personal are working in a safe and expedient manner.
I am employed through Atlantic Resourcing, working for ConocoPhilips as a Permit Issuer; I was promoted to Authoriser within three months. My role as a member of the Operation’s Support Team also involves the placing of isolations and the verification of isolations placed by others. I was also involved in the completion of PUWER assessments of all new equipment from an operational perspective. My role will bring heavy involvement in the commissioning and start up of the installation mid 2008.
Participation in STOP tours and Active Monitoring to ensure safe operations and personal behaviours of the construction and commissioning work forces during day to day activities.
