| 1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory] |
I’ve been in Chevron, Inc. since February 2007 and was assigned as a Price Book Analyst. We are the one who update and set up prices and items to North America Chevron Stations. We also serve as the Help Desk for any price book inquiry, merchandise receiving, and direct communication with the vendors. I’ll be moving to Lubricant Support Team as Pricing Specialist effective August 2008 and will administer customer pricing mechanisms, service fee set up for Marketers
and identifies commissions and discounts for all lubrication products
Prior to Chevron Holdings, Inc., I have worked as Quality Control Analyst in Proview Global Administration, a subsidiary company of Proview Irvine based in Irvine, California. As a Quality Control Analyst, I was given a task to audit the entire operations of our client, a healthcare third party administrator. I have conducted audits on the Enrollment, COBRA, Premium Billing, and Flexible Spending Account departments.
I have also worked at various levels in Accenture since the project inception. As you can see in my resume, I worked as processor for about six months, gradually promoted to Group Lead, and last May 2006 I got escalated to Team Lead. I’m managing two different platforms HMO and Traditional and handling sixteen processors. I’m very systematic, competitive, and fast learner, reasons why I always got an exceed expectation both from my manager and direct supervisor during quarterly performance appraisal.
In addition to my professional experiences, I also graduated from one of the premier universities in the Philippines. Aside from my good curricular standing, I was also elected as Batch Representative for Starbatch, batch name for the senior students. I headed some projects and was assigned by the Student Council to handle different tasks such as Freshman Orientation coordinator and BACBACAN finance committee.
With my professional and academic experiences, I believe that I’m well-suited for this position. The work responsibilities and requirements are quite similar with my current job descriptions. I have enclosed a copy of my resume with additional information about my qualifications. Thanks for your consideration. I look forward to talking with you.
