WORK PROFILE:
•Preparation of the shortage list of the total number of components (viz- Welding, semi finished, finished, local & imported raw materials) required for the number of machines to be manufactured in a month.
•Preparation of material plan and raising the demand note for the same for the total material required to carry out the production as per the monthly forecast.
•To ensure the inventory of raw material (imported and local items), in-process and finished goods production inventories.
•Preparation of monthly and weekly Quality plan.
•Preparation of route card and process card for the components to be manufacture to reach at final stage as a finished component after flowing from different operations.
•Continuous follow-up with the purchase and raw material stores for the delivery of necessary production materials.
•Dispatching and releasing of orders, instructions to start the production as per scheduling
•Direct coordination with marketing to provide them pending order status and delivery schedule on priority basis.
•Responsible for giving management a feedback regarding production status, delays, breakdown data, rejection data’s, action plans regarding the planned Vs actual production targets and their respective graphs after analysis
•Dealing with BIS Officer formerly known as ISI.
•Destructive testing of Cylinders are UTM M/C & BT M/C.
•Dealing with CCO Officers Nagpur.

•To Release the Cylinders after final Inspection of BIS officers
•Good Knowledge of Spot, Seam, Arc TIG, MIG Welding.
