I am Medical graduate (MBBS) from Rajasthan university and Now I am pursuing a distance learning course of Hospital Management from National institute of health & family welfare (NIHFW), New Delhi (GOI institute).
Brief summary of career so far:
Worked mostly as a Medical officer in charge of community health center Gadraroad, which is 30 bedded govt. hospital. Where taking care of all administrative work to control staff (Nearly 25 in No.) of my hospital and field staff of area.
Treat the patients in outdoor, emergency, wards etc.
Controlling and maintaining all national health programs like Pulse polio, Tuberculosis control program, Malaria control program, Maternal & child health program, Family welfare program, Universal immunization program. (Vaccination). Etc.
Reporting data of all above programs.
Good experience of Normal delivery and neonatal care. More than 200 normal labor conducted by myself.
My above area is endemic for Malaria and there are lot of cases of Tuberculosis and cataract. So I am quit expert in Malaria treatment & control with treatment of Tuberculosis with MDR-TB.
2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
Work experience of controlling Malaria epidemic at Gadraroad area (Dist- Barmer) in 2006 without any mortality. Quit expert in Malaria treatment & control. Experience of treatment of nearly 5000 cases of malaria in last epidemic without any mortality.
Work experience in Flood relief at Sheo area (Dist- Barmer) in last 2006 and controlling there every type of epidemics which might be there due to flood/ water collection. Treating more than 25000 people during this period.
Training on Tuberculosis control program by central govt of India. In my above hospital I treated around 132 cases of Tuberculosis out of them 72 were sputum positive. Few cases were of MDR-TB also.
Worked as CHC in charge for 1 and half years so administrative experience of running the hospital and Controlling and maintaining all national health programs like Pulse polio, Tuberculosis control program, Malaria control program, Maternal & child health program, Family welfare program, Universal immunization program. (Vaccination). Etc.
Experience of more than 150 normal deliveries conducted by myself.
