have been working as HSE Manager in Kazakhstan for 6 years. As a member of Top Management responsible for the entire company HSE having a strong commitment to an incident and injury free program for local and ex patriot workforce. Responsible for employee safety training, holding initial and regular meetings, trainings, orientations, educations, work protection and fire protection training courses, checking employees, work areas, accommodation and other facilities in compliance with RoK and clients safety requirements and instructions. Incident, injury and accident investigations. Ensuring supervisors, superintendents, project managers, workers are well trained, getting safety requirements applied. Responsible for fire-protection engineering, fire prevention, constructional safety regulations. Preparing miscellaneous HSE, evacuation and emergency plans. Taking part in bidding, tendering. Being contact with local authorities ( GGT, regulatory, foreign affairs, Fire Department, Police, Hospitals etc) Organizing safety instructions, training instructors. Supervising Safety Engineers, Inspectors etc. Organizing the whole HSE Crew (70 employees at the moment such as safety officers, safety engineers, safety supervisors, safety area managers etc.) Recruitment working along with HR Department. Responsible for getting punitive sanctions applied in compliance with Labour Law. Responsible for company HSE policy, certain PR activities and other safety related issues belong to company. Being a member of corporate system within company.
