Service Engineer: I joined in India techs Ltd. on December 2003 as Service Engineer. My work experience includes the fault finding & analysis of various hydraulic systems & components. Also the repair & Maintenance of hydraulic pumps, hydraulic rams, valve blocks, relief valves, servo systems etc. & attending the trouble shooting of machine transmission, engine, electrical circuits & components. Documentation of warranty claims, keeping machine records, installation of machine, collection of service contracts, day today reporting by network system & making good relation with customer.
Service In-Charge: I became service in-charge from January 2008.It includes attending complaints of special products& major failures, coordinating the field activities and spare parts requirement, solving customer issues, preparation of warranty claims, extended warranty claims, warranty parts sap sheets and end warranty service sap sheets, motivating the service engineers to achieve their individual goals& make maximum profit to our branch through annual maintenance contracts, service charge, spare parts sale and machine repeat sale.
