We will also expect you to optimize operational performance through the rigorous implementation of the DtL (Deliver the Limit) process without compromising HSE, well integrity, or the integrity of the drilling unit.

26-1/2 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
Worked on on/off shore Rigs involved in drilling high pressure /deep/exploratory/ development / vertical and directional wells.
Worked for one year on offshore Jack-up Rigs as company man involved in directional drilling in KG and mumbai Offshore projects .
Exposure and proven experience in HPHT/ERD wells, infill development wells by re-entry and side track of complicated / old wells.
Supervisory Level in Service Group Cell includes rig building , directional drilling , Fishing ,DST , and Liner Hanger
