Coordinates and liaise with technical interviewers, subcontractors and manpower agency regarding manpower and training requirements.
Prepares employment contracts and other necessary documents; safe-keeps and maintains 201 files.
Monitors and ensures compliance of all medical procedures, training and induction requirements prior to employees’ mobilization to offshore worksite.
Conducts company orientation for newly hired employees and responsible for the monitoring and release of performance appraisals to project focal points and offshore supervisors.
Prepares yearly training plan schedule and ensure trainings are carried out as required.
