Project Consultancy:
To provide an in depth analysis of all corporate and bank line proposals originating from the corporate banking and relationship management area.
To analyze credit proposals in terms of cash flows, management, industry, financial risks making recommendations to management on those proposals.
To undertake periodic risk related analysis as required by management and the board such as industry segmentation analysis.
Able to prepare credit proposals and validate/justify their stance taken past experience with both funded and non funded facilities such as letters of credit/guarantee, overdraft, trade lines and term
loans (long and short)
A good practical knowledge of cash flow lending and analysis of cash flows.
In depth knowledge of prudent security requirements against facilities, security in the nature of real estate, cash margin, stock and assets, guarantees etc.
Local banking knowledge of the region
Regarding Construction jobs-
To supervise a mix of project engineers, supervisors, material controllers, foremen and labor according the size of the project.
To prepare project programs and ensure the progress of project programs and ensure the progress of project in accordance with agreed programs.
To record and takes action for any restraints to the normal progress of work.
To assist the quality surveyor with the development of project working budgets required to monitor and manage the financial progress of the project.
To assist the quantity surveyor in the preparation of monthly progress payments claims, valuations and certificates.
To ensure timely and appropriate action in respect of variations orders, change notices, extras and the like.
To coordinate with design team in the planning, coordination and development of practical technical details and oversees the timely submission of drawing and materials for approval.
To coordinate and manages site supervisory staff and direct subcontractors.
To monitor installation labor requirements, and ensure efficiency of labor utilization and productivity
To ensure that the site and equipment provided are safe at all times, failing which to take appropriate action.
To review site dimensions and records deviations to design
To inspect the work being installed to ensure that they are being executed in accordance with designed details and the methodology dictated by the system adopted and to the quality required by and expected by the company.
To arrange periodic stock take as required by the company.
To convene regular toolbox meetings with site installation supervisory staff and labor to develop and maintain awareness of issues such as safety, efficiency, material handling and quality.
To attend site meetings convened by the main contractor, consultant or client as required.
